After serving as Southeast Regional Director for NQA, USA (an accredited certification body (CB) with over 50,000 certificates issued to clients in over 90 countries), Richard Randall recognized that most micro, small and medium sized businesses cannot justify the expense of hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Professional with experience in the Certification process.
